Shipping policy

Please be aware that we are a small business, and I do not always have inventory in stock. This means custom handcrafting your order in my apothecary, which delays the shipping process, or local pick up /delivery times. My shipping rates are based on what I am charged by Canada Post.  Rates range from $18.99 for a smaller package up to $$$ for larger orders. Please note I am not profiting from the shipping rates charged.

*Please note: A small $5 local pick‑up processing fee applies to all pick-up orders. This helps cover the time and resources required to schedule, prepare, and manage pick‑ups. We keep this fee as low as possible while still being able to offer a smooth and reliable pick‑up service. Thank you for your understanding.”

Local delivery in Edmonton:

Within 20km requires a minimum $35.99 purchase, and the fee is $18. Within 10km, it is a minimum of $19.99 purchase and a fee of $15.
